My name is Alejandro Rossi, I am a lawyer from Argentina specialized on environmental issues, particularly water law. I have been Secretary General of Matanza Riachuelo River Basin Authority (2006-2008). Nowadays I am working at United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) as Programme Manager. I am very interested in getting a deeper knowledge of economics & environment approach, much better from the point of view of NGOs.
